- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or deposit (if applicable).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for security or operational reasons.
3. Custom Tailoring
- All garments are individually tailored according to the measurements provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.
- Minor variations may occur due to handmade craftsmanship.
4. Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes unless specifically stated.
5. Payments
- We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways.
- Your payment information is securely processed and is never stored on our servers.
- Orders will only enter production after payment confirmation.
6. Shipping
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
7. Cancellation
- Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
- Once tailoring has started, cancellation is no longer possible because each garment is made specifically for the customer.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Custom-made garments are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, designs,
graphics, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of
Tito Fashions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed
without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tito Fashions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our
website or products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent
courts of Thailand.
