Every garment is made specifically for each customer using the measurements and customization options provided during the ordering process. Therefore, custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

If minor fitting adjustments are required due to tailoring workmanship, we will assist with alteration solutions wherever possible.
Alterations may be offered free of charge or partially covered depending on the situation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements. Tito Fashions cannot offer refunds or free remakes if incorrect measurements were submitted by the customer.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds generally take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
